"Complex and elegantly refined with a greeting of flinty smokiness and minerality followed by aromas of mandarin, frangipane and granny smith apples with notes of jasmine, fresh straw and hazelnuts. Crunchy apple and lemon zest bring freshness while honey and nougat offer richness to the palate, with a soft creamy finish. Well rounded with good length, a perfect food match for a cheese platter, Asian, fish, poultry, pork or simply enjoy on its own.

Optimum drinking time is 2025 to 2028 but will develop fine tertiary aromas beyond 2029. The optimum serving temperature is room temperature or slightly chilled on hot days to 12-14°C."
