"A syrah that is all about olive tapenade, blueberries and black cherries preserves, vanilla musk, crushed black pepper. Granular, persistent tannins, the palate is fleshy enough to make me love how invigorating the acidity is despite the general warm feeling of the wine."The wine starts slightly reductive with notes of dried lavender and camphor. Then it is all about black cherries compote, prunes, myrtle bush, and dark cocoa. A bitter flavour reminiscent of roasted nuts welcome you on the palate, followed by vanilla bean and blue fruit tart.
