Bright, even, very pale yellow. This has a fresh, lively bouquet, packed
with aromas of lemon, apple apricot, blossom and minerals. Medium-bodied, dry
to taste, aromas of lemon, Granny Smith and apricot graze the palate, unfolding
stony minerals, citrus peels and delicate floral. Stony minerals contribute a
silky texture. The zingy acidity enlivens the palate and lingers to an appetizing finish. Fruit from Waimarama Road fermented to 8% alc. 85 cases
