This is a full-bodied appassimento-style Primitivo red wine blend from the Puglia wine region. Grapes over ripen and wither on the vine.

Ruby red colour with marked highlights; a rich bouquet of dried sweet fruits especially plums. Harmonious, well balanced on the palate with lovely acidity and a long after taste. This wine has overwhelming fruit aromas, mature and dry with clear notes of plum. The grapes, traditionally grown in Apulia are not harvested like the others but are left on the plant. The process of natural partial dehydration of grapes to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours in the wine.
