The ripe grapes are not harvested, they are left on the vine to continue ripening. After approximately 15 days the over ripened grapes are dry out directly on the vine. The harvested and aged in barriques. The result is a wine with a complex bouquet of raisins, red fruits, and clear hints of marasca cherry. Its body is big & bold in the mouth. Some might call it arrogant, but in a very good way.  and
